Refund Policy — VexAI

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when a credit pack can be refunded and how to ask for it.

In short: you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying a credit pack, as long as you have not spent any credits since that purchase.

1. Eligible refunds

You can request a full refund of a credit pack if both of these are true:

  1. the request is made within 14 days of the purchase date; and
  2. you have not spent any credits since that purchase — your credit history in the extension (Settings → Account → Credit history) shows every charge with its date.

When the refund is issued, the credits from that pack are removed from your balance.

2. When a refund is not available

  • Credits from the pack have already been spent, or more than 14 days have passed — except where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund, or where a fault on our side prevented you from using the credits.
  • Free credits, including the credits given to new accounts, have no purchase price and cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
  • Accounts closed for breaking our Terms of Service.

Credit charges for requests that fail because of an error on our side are returned to your balance automatically — you do not need to ask for those.

3. How to request a refund

Choose either option:

  • Email us at vexai.app@gmail.com from the email address of your VexAI account, with the date of purchase or the order number from your receipt; or
  • Contact Paddle, our reseller, using the link in your purchase receipt or at paddle.net.

We reply within 3 business days. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so approved refunds are paid by Paddle to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money usually arrives within 5–10 business days.

4. Your statutory rights

Credits are digital content that is delivered to your account immediately after purchase. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another country with a statutory right of withdrawal, you agree at checkout that delivery starts immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once you start using the credits. The 14-day refund for unused packs in §1 applies in addition to — and never instead of — any rights you have under the law of your country.

5. Chargebacks

If something is wrong with a purchase, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback for a purchase that is eligible for a refund here may lead to the account being suspended while the dispute is open.
