Frequently asked questions
How many credits does a feature use?
It depends on the feature and the amount of content — short actions such as translating a comic page cost little, while long conversations with premium models cost more. Your balance and a full history of every charge are always visible in the extension, and requests that fail are refunded automatically.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits stay on your account until you use them.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time purchase. You are never charged again unless you buy another pack.
Who processes my payment?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle accepts major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, handles sales tax, and we never see or store your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days of purchase if you have not spent any credits since buying the pack. See the Refund Policy.
Why is the price at checkout higher than shown here?
Prices here exclude tax. Paddle adds the VAT or sales tax that applies in your country at checkout.
